The target: Sophie, 32, lives in Boston. Likes to unwind with scented candles. Prefers to buy sustainable products.
Scented candles usually fall into two types: mass market candles made with paraffin wax and other VOCs, or high-priced luxury candles that aren’t practical for most people. Keap offers a DTC subscription for candles that are sustainably made, subtly scented, and affordably priced for an everyday indulgence.
I wrote two Welcome emails to introduce subscribers to Keap, and two Abandoned Cart emails to get users to complete their orders.
